Orange Blossom Oolong is simple to brew, even for those new to loose leaf tea. Use 1 teaspoon per cup and steep in hot water (85-90°C) for 3-5 minutes. Its fresh and bright citrus flavours make it an uplifting option, perfect for a morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

What are Oolong teas?

All tea comes from the same plant, the Camellia Sinensis and the way the leaves are processed affects the taste, look and colour of the tea.

Oolong tea is the best example of how playing about with the oxidisation time can dramatically affect how the tea tastes.

Oolong tea is semi oxidised so is halfway between black and green tea. Producing interesting and complex tastes, Oolong is a real teatime treat.
